Ima Mary Dennis, owner and developer of Timeless Horsemanship, is a fourth generation horse trainer with many years' experience as student of horses as well as an educator. Looking at everything from the horse's point of view is not new to Ima Mary...she is grateful to her parents for inculcating that concept into her from a very early age. Also, much credit and appreciation goes to such "modern-day'" horsemen as Tom Dorrance, Bill Dorrance, Harry Whitney, and Mark Rashid for passing it along to others and encouraging the continued refining of this philosophy. At their facility, Ima Mary combines her life long experience with horses and the over 1200 hours of continuing education in variety of methodologies to facilitate owners/riders in becoming mentally confident, emotionally secure and physically adept...and most importantly...helping them to experience the gifts of joy and sheer exhilaration our horses offer us!

Charles Wilhelm

Charles has long recognized that the rider must learn to get the same results he himself is able to get from the horse. His motto "Success Through Knowledge" is indicative of his emphasis on education of the horseperson first and foremost.

Hesperia, California

Jacob Clark - heavenswarriorshorsetraining.webs.com
I have been training horses for almost ten years. The one thing that sets my business apart is that I get the owner into the training lesson with the horse. I believe in an intimate relationship between a horse and its owner. Unlike other trainers who train the horse and give it to the owner, I involve the owner in the lesson so that they will be able to take over the training of their own horse. I use the natural horsemanship style, which allows the horse to be more comfortable in the training. My end result will have your horse ready for a nice comfortable trail ride, free of stress and worry. I want your riding time with your horse to be memorable, not filled with worry about what is around the next corner, and one where you are out together bonding and spending quality time with each other.

Susan Johnston

Susan Johnston - www.naturalsavvy.com
2 Star Parelli Instructor. In 1997, after purchasing a 2-year-old Arabian, I discovered Parelli Natural HorseManShip. I wanted to start my own horse, so I searched for a program that would strengthen our relationship. I attended many “natural” clinics by Ray Hunt, Buck Brannaman, etc., but it wasn’t until I saw Pat and Linda do a demonstration at Industry Hills, CA., that I found what I was looking for. I knew their step-by-step approach was the best way for me to accelerate my horsemanship skills, stay safe and build a language with my horse. From that point on, I dedicated myself to the study of PNH. After realizing my career was getting in the way of my horsemanship, I resigned after 15 years in the pharmaceutical industry, to pursue my passion and teach Parelli Natural HorseManShip. Since then, I have spent almost 8 months at the Parelli International Study Center in Colorado, advancing my horsemanship and assistant teaching. My journey continues…

Sheryl Lynde

Sheryl Lynde - www.sheryllyndeclinics.com
John Lyons Certified Trainer. Located just one hour Northeast of San Diego and just 30 minutes from Palm Springs in the Southern California community of Garner Valley. Sheryl Lynde clinics are offered on a regular basis. Each clinic is a little different, covering topics in Round Pen Basics, Trailer Loading, Pre-Trail Conditioning, Foundation Groundwork and Problem Solving from the saddle. The clinics I offer are either conducted at my ranch or can be hosted at your ranch. Clinics range from 2 to 3 days. I do take in horses for training. Most people that I train horses for have a specific area they would like to work on - trailer loading, ground manners, training an arena worked horse for trail riding, start a young horse or problem solve such as rearing or bucking. I take in horses on a weekly or monthly basis and limit the number to 4 horses per month, which allows me enough time to devote to each one. The methods I teach are John Lyons and are universal and essential for all disciplines - Western Pleasure, Reining, English, etc. I specialize in more control with lighter hands, responsiveness, softness, collection at all gaits and stops.

Dennis Reiss

Dennis Reis - www.reisranch.com
Dennis Reis has developed principles which are based on age-old horse handling methods. For over fifteen years Dennis has been teaching these methods and principles. His "Universal Horsemanship" workshops are taught in an environment where the horse is allowed to express himself. Students learn about the horse's true nature through exercises that encourage the horse to make his own decisions without restraint or force. Dennis also teaches skills that enable students to act as herd leader to their horses. Because his students work with the horse's nature instead of trying to control it, they have willing, happy, safe horses.

Terry Church - www.naturalsporthorse.com
Terry Church works with horses and riders at all levels of Dressage. She was "classically trained" through the FEI levels in the United States and Germany and competes regularly. However, a number of years ago she came to recognize that, in spite of the lofty ideals written throughout every dressage manual, tension continued (and continues) to be the predominant factor in the actual lives of most horses in training for competition in every discipline. With this awareness, synchronicity lead her to a meeting with the great master horseman Tom Dorrance with whom she spent the next seven years relearning everything she thought she had known about horses, and about herself. Now her intention is to help riders become aware of the kind of relationship nee
