that there are many people like ourselves who
love their horses and want a safe and rewarding
relationship with their equine partner. We believe
that there is a marvelous harmony that can exist
between both horse and rider, brought about
through trust and understanding. We would like
to teach you how to train your horse with gentle,
non-abusive techniques to accomplish that dream.

- Marianne Briggs - www.mariannebriggs.com
- After many years of owning
and working with horses I developed some philosophical
differences with some traditionally accepted
training methods and began to search for another
way. After studying the methods of many well
known trainers, I was so impressed with the
training principles taught by John Lyons that
I decided to become a Certified Trainer myself.
I attended the certification program held in
2001 and became its oldest graduate at the age
of 62 to receive my Certification of Completion
in October 2001. I offer many opportunities
for you to learn the training principles and
develop the skills to train your own horse including
a Horsemanship Series, Clinics, Demonstrations
and Private Lessons. You will learn to work
with your horse in such a way that you and your
horse can progress without my help in the future.
Isn't that what every rider wants? The relationship
you will develop with your horse is very special.
What fun you can experience by learning to have
a safe enjoyable partnership with your equine
friend because of the knowledge you have gained!
