LETTER OF THE MONTH:

January 2010

I'd like to thank you for your web site instruction on round penning, and for your Q&A section on common challenges during horse training ... the instructions were clear enough, that everything happened exactly as described. At the end of almost an hour, my new stallion followed me around with his head down, small circles, big circles, turning to follow me when I stepped towards his rear, zig-zag, anything I wanted ... On the way back to the stable, when he's usually extremely fixated on being fed, I threw the rope over his back, and he even followed me when I turned to walk away from the stables. Even though it's just one step in a long process, I'd consider it a success, and I was truly euphoric. So thanks again for the great Q&A section on your web site. It's very comforting to know, that we are not the first to experience the "getting run though" bit or the "barn/buddy sour" phenomenon. It means that there are answers out there. Your round penning exercise is so good, that even a completely green trainer can work with it. Your Q&A section helps a lot!

LETTER OF THE MONTH:

January 2010

I received your 3-DVD Whispering Way 12-Step Total Training System set for Christmas. I look forward to using the Whispering Way approach. I really like the practical advice provided on your website too. I am using some of your techniques to deal with a bullying gelding.

LETTER OF THE MONTH:

January 2010

I've been going through your training tips pages on your web site and have found so many nuggets to try! I can't wait to watch your videos too -- I am riding an appaloosa who is a bit nervous and your web pages have provided so much insight into horse behavior that I feel more confident already in my approach -- thanks and happy trails!
