LETTER OF THE MONTH: August 2009 Hi Sylvia. I recently ordered and received your Whispering Way™ 12-Step Total Training System dvd's. They are great so far! ...Thank you so very much!!! C. C. - Edison, California
LETTER OF THE MONTH: August 2009 I LOVE your website!! I wish I would have found it about 10 years ago! My parents have been breeding and racing thoroughbreds since I was 14 (10 years ago). This was just a hobby (very expensive hobby I might add) of my mom's (who was not physically healthy enough to work with the horses for most of those years but just loves them) so I have been in charge of handling them (for worming and such) and foal training. (by the way, applesauce in the wormer tube?!!!? BRILLIANT!!)...I must say I have learned many new things from your website...I found your site a few months ago and have been using your techniques while working with our newest thoroughbred foal (born in April). LETTER OF THE MONTH: August 2009 Hi Sylvia. Thank you for your wonderful website. It is such a help. I wish I could find someone like you who is helpful and kind in Australia...Thank You! K. V. - Australia
LETTER OF THE MONTH: August 2009 Hi Sylvia. I want to tell you how impressed I am with your description of Natural Horsemanship. I haven’t seen anyone say it or write it so simply, yet in depth. I have referred your website to many of my [natural horsemanship trainer] husband’s new clients so they can really understand the underlying reasons for a lot of what he is doing with their horse. He is phenomenal doing it and can explain what he is doing, but not as well as you do. E. D. I. - Aiken, South Carolina
LETTER OF THE MONTH: August 2009 Dear Sylvia: Very many thanks for your Whispering Way™ 12-Step Total Training System DVDs and equipment you sent in March. I write from the U.K. about my 6-year-old Dutch Warmblood horse. My horse is a talented horse who evented last year with my friend but I am not such a confident rider. I brought him home last December and hacked him out most days until he tried a scary spinning, bucking, cantering, rearing thing on a steep tarmac road and I decided not to risk my neck on him until I worked out a way for him to look up to me so that I could be confident in him. Consequently I got your DVDs and have been working with him on the ground...I am delighted with the progress my horse is making - he backs up really easily, no longer snatches his feet from me and sets them down softly relaxed on their toes, drops his head for a headcollar to go on and off, is no longer at all head-shy (used to hate things/hands around his head). As you always say, baby steps (for both of us) and I just need to focus on the positives!...thank you for all your help and support. K. H. - Dorstone, Herefordshire, United Kingdom
LETTER OF THE MONTH: August 2009 Hi Sylvia, All I can say is Thank you so much. I found your website by accident by simply googling "My horse won't trot." Wow, I'm so pleased I accidentally found you. I have tried your methods and I'm now working so much better with my beautiful 5-year-old sweetheart of a horse. I had done loads of groundwork previously and we trust each other so much. I have had a 17 year break from owning horses but I can tell you now, I have never had a better relationship with any of my horses like I do now by using natural horsemanship. How sad is that...Thank you so much for all your wonderful, straightforward, sensible advice. I look forward to ordering your DVD set and learning so much more, for me & my horse to learn together. H. M. - United Kingdom
