Hi Sylvia. Greetings from the Far North of New Zealand!! :) I hope this email finds you all well. I have used your training DVDs for a couple of years now and love your methods. You may recall I sought your advice a little over a year ago due to a mistake I made when backing my filly and the rope halter got stuck in her mouth, etc. etc. All my fault and I felt terrible, but you encouraged me to just back up and try again and I will be surprised how forgiving she will be etc. or something along those lines. Well, I have attached a couple of pictures of her and you can see what happened when I finally got on! Warm Regards,
