LETTER OF THE MONTH: April 2010 Thank you so much Sylvia for marketing your wonderful products! D. B. - Sacramento, CA
LETTER OF THE MONTH: April 2010 Hi Sylvia, Thanks for all your help! You have made training so much easier after watching each step broken down in your Whispering Way™ 12-Step Total Training System DVDs. A. L. - Bonogin, Queensland, Australia
LETTER OF THE MONTH: April 2010 Hi Sylvia, Wow I'm impressed how on earth you can, without having met me or my horse, deduce a problem [in email] and tell me exactly how to fix it, is beyond me. I did exactly as you told me and desensitized my horse [more] to plastic yesterday. I was sure we had completed that step, but [like you said] evidently not so. He stoically stood and accepted it, but was tense and ready to implode as usual, despite numerous tongue jigglings and head lowerings (the head would shoot straight back up again). However, when I moved him with the plastic resting on his back, he exploded. Four and a half hours later we were still working on it. We would get to the stage when I would think that's it, he is more relaxed and accepting of it now, when for no apparent reason he would suddenly take exception all over again and act like he had never seen it before. We had lots of retreat walks and I didn't push him over the safety threshold, but whereas before I would have retreated back to his comfort zone and quit for the day, this time I was determined to beat it [his spookiness] once and for all. Poor old horse, he was wondering what had happened to his twenty minute sessions! We were both exhausted by the time we couldn't flush out any more plastic problems, but both much more relaxed. I don't think it had been just the horse that had been holding its breath! Thankyou, thankyou, thankyou, I can't wait to get back out to the paddock today!...Thank you so much for your programme; it is helping my horse when nothing else could and has put us on the same wavelength and given me the confidence to work with a horse that everyone else was shunning. S. E. - Nerrigundah, New South Wales, Australia
LETTER OF THE MONTH: April 2010 I can't thank you enough for putting your videos out and answering emails - I have learned a lot and am still doing so. You make everything so clear that it's usually pretty simple to follow your steps. I think we're gonna be okay! A. B. - Portland, Texas
LETTER OF THE MONTH: April 2010 Hi, I wanted to let you know that I have successfully round penned my thoroughbred [using your video] and started on the Whispering Way™ 12-Step Total Training System. He is a lot calmer and responsive to me now, just like you said he would be!...Thanks again! L. P. - Invercargill South Island, New Zealand
LETTER OF THE MONTH: April 2010 Dear Sylvia, Now that the Lenten silence is concluded, I make haste to thank you for your generosity in sharing your knowledge and experience. It is much appreciated. You are a good child! You write well in a style that appeals to your readers. Horse people have their own lingo, as do those in the music world, religious life, academia, etc. And you use repetition to strengthen response appropriately. It was fun to read. And yes, one can teach an old nun new tricks!...You have been so very kind, and I do enjoy reading your work and have printed it out. I'm sure you are busier than ever in the spring and summer seasons. Thank you. Sister M. - Maine
